Shorts for Hospice

Today we supported the School Councils 'Shorts for Hospice'. We came dressed in our shorts. The councillors came around and gave out prizes. There were prizes for most colourful and spot prizes.

These were our news reporters this week, They did an amazing job. They gave us lots of information about the things they shared. Which meant we didn't have as many questions.

Impressive Chocolate Selling

Wow Lucas and his sister sold an amazing amount of chocolate raising money to help buy the "Duffy Books" you love to get and read. Lucas received a prize for being the top seller.

Wacky Friday

We had a lot of fun dressing up for Wacky Friday. Check out  how Wacky we look.
We went to the hall and Lachlan and Chevelle won best dressed for Te Wai Puna.

Duffy Show

On Thursday the 8 June we went to the hall and watched the Duffy Show. It was about saving our earth. Ask your child about it. Get them to tell you their favourite part.

Friday 2 June

On Friday our news reporters shared something that they really liked with the class. Later in the day we waved goodbye to them as they moved to Room 8. We know they will still come to visit and we will see them around the playground.
